The Email Log feature in TruckLogics helps to track all the emails sent from your account. It also provides the key information of each mail, such as the recipient’s name, email subject, date/time email sent, etc.
Functions that can be performed in the Email Log
- View Email - Displays a preview of the sent email, including subject, recipient’s name, and email body. You can also download the attachment of the email.
- Resend Email - Resend email to the same recipient.
- Track Email’s Delivery Status - Once you have sent an email to the recipient, you can track its status whether it got Delivered, Opened, or Bounced.
