You can access your TruckLogics account via the web and app. But, to manage all your check call activities during a dispatch, it is convenient to use the mobile app. Download the TruckLogics App in your iPhone/Android phone or iPad/Tablet to add check calls and use other features. You can even add check calls offline. If added offline, you need to sync your account to update the data in both the app and the web.
You can choose to connect up to two devices simultaneously if you have logged in to your account using multiple devices. Set any two devices that actively use and mark as 'Allow' and the rest unused devices as 'Block'. To manage all your connected devices, go to Settings >> Manage Connected Devices.
