How do I add check calls for a dispatch?

Once a dispatch is assigned to you, you'll be notified via email and push notifications. Log in to your TruckLogics app to view the dispatches assigned to you. After taking a dispatch, you can start adding check calls right from pickup to delivery.

Add Check call 

To add check calls, tap Add Check Call under a dispatch assigned to you and keep the customer and owner updated on the dispatch status; tap Save & Notify by Text.

You can also add check calls offline. If added offline, you need to sync your account to update the data in both the TruckLogics application and the web.

Automatic Check call

If your fleet owner chooses to receive automatic notification for selected check call activities, they will enable automatic-check call notification. This feature will allow you to send automated emails while adding and saving the check calls opted for by your fleet owner.

Instead of manually adding check calls, you can also automatically add the check calls for every specific distance during a dispatch by enabling the Auto Check Call feature in Settings >> My Account. Your fleet owner will set the specific distance. For this, you need to turn on your smartphone’s GPS setting for your owner to track your movement in real-time.
