The Heavy Vehicle Use Tax (HVUT) on Form 2290 is calculated based on the first used month, and your vehicle's taxable gross weight.
With TruckLogics app, you can calculate your HVUT tax dues for the tax year by using the "Form 2290 Tax Calculator"
To calculate your HVUT tax,
- Log in to your mobile app.
- Tap FORM 2290 TAX CALCULATOR.
- Choose the First Used month.
- Select the weight category, enter the number of vehicles, and click Next
The Form 2290 tax calculator will calculate your HVUT tax due amount, and you can receive a copy of the tax report summary by providing your email address. Also, you can choose to set a reminder on the HVUT filing deadline through our mobile app.
