Fleet Managers can have their staff access the TruckLogics account through an employee portal exclusive for their business. Predefined roles are available for the staff- Driver, Dispatcher (can create loads), Dispatcher (can’t create loads), and Office Manager.
Before the portal access is given to the staff, the fleet manager has to set a custom URL for the business. Provision to personalize the portal is also available. Drivers, for instance, can use the TruckLogics mobile app only if they have the portal access.
