Yes. An Independent Dispatcher can view and manage the emails that occur within their client's TruckLogics account.
For instance, an email sent from a client's account to a driver with dispatch details can be viewed by the Independent Dispatcher.
Here’s how to do it
- Log in as an Independent Dispatcher. Go to Email Log.
- Under Email Logs, you can view all the sent and bounced emails triggered from your client's TruckLogics account. You can refine your search using the filter option.
You also have the ability to:
- Preview email - Displays a preview of the selected email, including subject, recipient, and email body.
- Resend the email - Resend email to the same recipient.
The Email Log can also be used to determine if invoices were sent by the dispatcher to the factoring company, to ensure delivery of dispatch assignment emails, and to maintain the integrity of the email traffic sent from their clients' accounts.
As Independent Dispatchers may not always be in the same physical location as their clients, maintaining a watchful eye on the email traffic allows the independent dispatcher to have a greater degree of control when it comes to correspondence with their clients, brokers, drivers, and factoring companies.
