How Does the Daily Business Report Work?

TruckLogics generates the daily insights report to help you get an overview of where your business stands. Every day, TruckLogics will email you the Daily Insights Report at 6 AM Local Time.

Note: All the metrics provided in this report are based on the data in your TruckLogics account. So, please make sure that you promptly update the Dispatch, Load, and Vehicles statuses in your TruckLogics account to ensure that the report we provide is as accurate as possible.

Here is a breakdown of each data provided in your daily insights report:

Vehicle - (As of Today)

Indicates the current statuses of all the vehicles added to your TruckLogics account.

• Active - The total number of vehicles that are in transit with any dispatches.
• Assigned - The total number of vehicles that are currently assigned to any dispatches but haven't started the trip.
• Unassigned - The total number of active vehicles that don’t have any dispatches assigned.
   

Dispatch - (As of Today)

Indicates the current statuses of all the dispatches created in your TruckLogics account.

• Active - The total number of dispatches that are in transit.
• Assigned - The total number of dispatches that are assigned to drivers and equipment but haven't started the trip.
• Unassigned - The total number of dispatches that are not assigned to any drivers and trucks.

Load - (As of Today)

Indicates the current statuses of all the loads created in your TruckLogics account.

• Active - The total number of loads that are associated with any dispatch.
• Undispatched - The total number of loads for which there are no dispatches created.
• Draft - The total number of loads that are saved as drafts.

Month-To-Date Revenue Summary
 

• Total Income - The total amount of income received by your business in the respective month.
• Top Revenue-Making Customers - The customers who generate the highest revenue for your business in the respective month.

• Total Expenses - The total amount of expenses made by your business in the respective month.
• Top Expense Categories - The type of expense category with higher expense amounts.

Invoices Summary

• Overdue Invoices - Total number of invoices that are past the due date and the total amounts to receive. (Calculated based on the finalized invoices)
• Top Customers to Pay - The top 2 customers with overdue invoices (sorted based on the amount they need to pay).
   

Settlements Summary

• Pending Settlements - The total number of settlements pending and the total amount to pay for the drivers. (Calculated based on the finalized invoices)
• Top Drivers to Receive Payments - The top 2 drivers with the highest amount of settlements pending (Sorted based on the amount).
   

Income and Expenses Due Today

• Invoices Due Today - The total number of invoices that are due on the current date and the total amount to receive.
• Recurring Expenses Due Today - Total amount of recurring expenses that are due today. (Based on the expenses you have scheduled)
