How to Import Drivers from Motive into TruckLogics?

TruckLogics makes it simple for you to import drivers from your Motive account onto TruckLogics for dispatch creation.

Here's how to import drivers from Motive:

Step 1:

From the Dashboard, navigate to the ‘Address Book’ menu.

Step 2:

You’ll land on the Address Book page. Click ‘Import Driver From Motive’ 

Step - 3: 

To access Motive, please provide your Motive login information if you haven't already done so.

Step - 4: 

If you are importing drivers for the first time, you can just select the drivers that need to be imported from Motive into TruckLogics. 

Step - 5: 

If any of the drivers from Motive already exist in TruckLogics, you can match their contact to prevent duplication. 

It's important to note that a contact should not be matched with more than one driver. If a driver cannot be matched with an existing contact, it will be added as a new contact. 

Step 6:

A confirmation pop-up will show the number of trucks that are about to be imported into TruckLogics. Click ‘Yes, Proceed’ to import the trucks.
