What are Forms, and why are those required to send dispatches to my Motive account?

In order to send your dispatch to your Motive account, you must select Forms to be used by the drivers.
Forms are generally used by the Motive drivers to provide the admin with information relevant to the dispatch, similar to check calls in TruckLogics. A minimum of 2 forms are required by Motive to send dispatches.
These forms will be used against both the Shipper and Consignee.
