How does the new Business Intelligence dashboard work?

TruckLogics provides you with the daily business intelligence report in its dashboard to help you get an overview of where your business stands.

Note: All the metrics provided in this report are based on the data in your TruckLogics account. So, please make sure that you promptly update the Dispatch, Load, and Vehicles statuses in your TruckLogics account to ensure that the report we provide is as accurate as possible.

Here is the breakdown of every data provided in your daily reports, which shows on your dashboard

Total Deliveries (MTD)

This section shows how many dispatches have been delivered in this month.


Trucks (As of today)

Indicates the current statuses of all the vehicles added to your TruckLogics account.

  • Running - The total number of vehicles that are in transit with any dispatches.
  • Assigned - The total number of vehicles that are currently assigned to any dispatches but haven't started the trip.
  • Unassigned - The total number of active vehicles that don’t have any dispatches assigned.
     

Dispatch - (As of Today)

Indicates the current statuses of all the dispatches created in your TruckLogics account.

  • Running - The total number of dispatches that are in transit.
  • Assigned - The total number of dispatches that are assigned to drivers and equipment but haven't started the trip.
  • Unassigned - The total number of dispatches that are not assigned to any drivers and trucks.
     

Load - (As of Today)

Indicates the current statuses of all the loads created in your TruckLogics account.

  • Active - The total number of loads that are associated with any dispatch.
  • Undispatched - The total number of loads for which there are no dispatches created.
  • Draft - The total number of loads that are saved as drafts.

Revenue (Last 6 Months)

This section shows the total revenue and expenses for the last six months 


Top Paid Customers (MTD)

This gives a clear-cut view of who are all the top-paid customers for the month who opted for the service.

Expense (MTD)

This section will give you insights into the total expenses for the month and which are all the areas where the expenses have been spent.


Top Invoices Overdue (Today)

  • Overdue Invoices - Total number of invoices that are past the due date and the total amounts to receive. (Calculated based on the finalized invoices)
  • Top Customers to Pay - The top 2 customers with overdue invoices (sorted based on the amount they need to pay).


Driver Settlements (YTD)

Indicates the paid and pending settlements for the drivers

  • Paid - For how many drivers the settlements have been done.
  • Pending - For how many drivers do the settlements need to be given.


Top Earning Trucks ( MTD)

It gives you insights on top-earning trucks as per the revenue raised to the user.
