How do I Connect My Motive Account to TruckLogics for Dispatching?

If you are a Motive customer, you can send the dispatches you create in TruckLogics to your Motive account. To send dispatches to your Motive account, you must have the Enterprises package in Motive. Then, follow the steps below to finish the integration process.
- Email our Motive representative and ask for the dispatching feature to be enabled within your Motive account. The email address is [email protected].
- Connect your Motive account with your TruckLogics account:
- Log in to your TruckLogics account
- Go to Settings, then navigate to ‘Integrations”
- Click ‘Connect’ under the Motive section.
- You’ll land on the Motive Integrations page. From there, click ‘Connect Motive’.
- Sign in to your Motive account
- Import or map your drivers from Motive into TruckLogics.
- Import or map your trucks from Motive into TruckLogics.
- A minimum of 2 forms are required by Motive to send dispatches. Once these forms have been sent, Motive may take up to 3 to 4 days to integrate your account.
Once your Motive and TruckLogics accounts are fully integrated, follow the steps here to send
your dispatches to Motive.
