Can I email or download the attachments stored in TruckLogics?

In TruckLogics, the document that you add or that are shared with you for every dispatch is stored under the Documents tab of your home page or under each dispatch. The documents that you upload for each dispatch are found under the My Documents folder and the documents generated while creating a load and dispatch like invoices, BOLs, and load summary, are found under the Load Documents folder. You can email and download these saved documents at any time.
Here’s how to email or download the documents from,
Home page:
• Go to My Documents (OR) Load Documents.
• Choose the Duration, Begin, and End Date. Click Search to list the documents.
• Choose one or more documents that you like to email or download.
• To email the document, click the Email button.
• To download the document, click the Download button.
• To fax the document, click the icon against each document.
Each Dispatch:
• Go to the Documents tab under a particular dispatch.
• Choose one or more documents that you like to email or download.
• To email the document, click the Send E-mail button.
• To download the document, click the Download button.
• To fax the document, click the icon against each document.
