If you file your Form 2290 and opt to pay your HVUT through EFTPS, you must initiate the transfer by visiting www.EFTPS.gov.
To pay your HVUT through EFTPS, you must have an EFTPS account. If you don't have an account, enroll for one at www.EFTPS.gov. It might take up to 15 days to set up an EFTPS account.
