Manage Dispatches

Automatic Check Call
Drivers can send automatic email notifications on the freight status like start a trip, arrive at the shipper, are en route, are at consignee, and/or the drop-off is complete to the fleet manager.

Route Planner
Add stops or change the route map for a dispatch based on the shortest distance or most practical route for trucks. You can also generate trip sheets with ProMiles automatically.

Driver Log
Drivers can log duty status if they are exempt from the ELD rule to their daily log and DVIR.

E-Signature Capabilities
Now, drivers, shippers, and consignees can e-sign Bills of Lading (BOLs) at pick-up and drop-off locations. You can also e-sign and transmit HVUT Form 2290 from the mobile App. 

Manage Documents
Fleet Managers can view, download, fax, or email Invoices, BOLs, dispatch summaries, stamped schedule 1, and load rate confirmations documents from the app.
