TruckLogics allows you to import your fuel card expenses in two methods.
- Import Fuel Card Expenses from File
- Import Fuel Card Expenses from your EFS account
Import Fuel Card Expenses from File
TruckLogics provides you with several options to import your expense transactions from a local file. Please read the Import Instructions provided in the Import Fuel Expenses Page before uploading your expense transactions.
- TruckLogics Template
You can download the TruckLogics template, fill in the fuel-up details, and upload it. - Your Own Spreadsheet/Template
You can upload your own spreadsheet, match the information to Trucklogics, preview the fuel-up data, and then import the fuel expense transactions into TruckLogics. - Fleet One or Comdata Template
Suppose you’re a Fleet One or Comdata user. In that case, you can upload the respective spreadsheet template from your device, preview the fuel-up data, and import your fuel expense transactions into TruckLogics. Likewise, fuel Up expenses from Fleet One and Comdata fuel cards can be easily pulled in using the import feature available in TruckLogics.
Import Fuel expense transactions from your EFS account
Another method to seamlessly import your fuel expense transactions into TruckLogics is connecting your EFS account with TruckLogics. Once your EFS account is connected to TruckLogics, you can get fuel expense transactions from your EFS Fuel Card for a selected date range, review and import them into TruckLogics.
You can choose any one of the methods mentioned above to import your fuel expense transactions. The transactions imported will now be displayed on the Expense Transactions page, from where you can view a detailed summary of your fuel expense transactions.
