How to void a payment in TruckLogics?

In TruckLogics, you have the option to void a payment against a load if required.
Here is how to void a payment:
Step 1:
From the Dashboard, go to the “Loads” menu and select the load for which you need to void the payment.
Step 2:
Switch to the “Payments” tab on the Load Summary page.
Step 3:
Under the Payments tab, you will find the payments made against the load. You can void the payment in two ways.
a) Click on the “Options” dropdown under the Action column, and select “Void”.
b) Click on the “Options” dropdown under the Action column, and select “Void”.
