How do I create an invoice for the customer?

In TruckLogics, you can create invoices while creating each load or navigating to Accounts >> Invoices >> Add Invoice. To generate an invoice, you need to provide the required information to whom you want to generate an invoice, due date, freight charges, and click Generate Invoice. You can then find your invoices and their status under Accounts >> Invoices.
Open Invoices: Open invoices are the pending invoices that have been billed but not yet paid. To view the pending invoices, go to Accounts >> Invoices >> Open Invoices.
Paid Invoices: Paid invoices are the invoices that have been paid by the customer. To view the paid invoices, go to Accounts >> Invoices >> Paid Invoices.
Partially Paid Invoices: You can receive payments partially from customers and record them under Accounts >> Receive Payments. To view these partially paid invoices, go to Accounts >> Invoices >> Partially Paid Invoices.
Voided Invoices: You can void an invoice if it has been generated incorrectly. Customers cannot pay for a voided invoice. To view the voided invoices, go to Accounts >> Invoices >> Voided Invoices.
You can set reminders to get earlier alerts on invoice payment dues. To set, go to Settings >> Reminder Settings >> Event Based Alerts. Check the Invoice Dues option and enter the number of days you’d like to receive an alert in advance of the actual due date.
