Manually generating IFTA reports every quarter by entering the distance traveled and fuel purchased for each jurisdiction is a tedious task that takes a lot of time.

TruckLogics offers multiple options to import fuel and distance data for IFTA report generation. 

  • Import from Motive
  • Bulk Upload
  • Quick Entry

Here’s how to import distance and fuel data from Motive:

Step 1:

From the Dashboard, choose Tax Year and click ‘Get Started’ under the respective IFTA Quarter.

Choose the trucks imported from Motive.

Step 2:

Click ‘Continue’  against the Pull data from the Motive option in the popup displayed.

Step 3:

The fuel and distance data will be retrieved from Motive, and it will be shown.

Step 4:

A summary of the fuel and distance data will be displayed here. You can review the details and proceed further.

After calculating the IFTA taxes using each vehicle's distance and fuel data, along with any applicable penalties and credits, your IFTA report will be available for download.
