TruckLogics makes it simple for Motive users to import their truck data from their Motive accounts.

Here's how to import vehicle data from Motive:

Step 1:

Go to ‘Truck Zone’. Click ‘Import Trucks’ under the Import Trucks from the Motive section.

To access Motive, you must connect your Motive account with TruckLogics. Learn how to connect Motive with TruckLogics

Step - 2 :

If you are importing trucks for the first time, you can just select the trucks that need to be imported into TruckLogics.

If any of the Motive trucks listed exist in TruckLogics already, you can match them using the unit number to prevent duplication.

It's important to note that a unit number should not be matched with more than one truck. If a truck cannot be matched with an existing unit number, it will be added as a new truck.

The trucks on the left are retrieved from your Motive account. On the right side, you can find a dropdown where you can choose the unit number to match a particular truck. Once done, click ‘Import’.
