When it comes to generating your quarterly IFTA reports, it’s important to make sure that you accurately enter the distance traveled and fuel purchased in each jurisdiction. To make it easy, TruckLogics offers Samsara users the convenience of importing trucks and trip details, including mileage and fuel expenses, directly into their TruckLogics account. Then, clients can quickly and easily generate IFTA reports with the data.

Here’s how to import trucks from Samsara:

Step 1

Log into your TruckLogics account.

Step 2: 

Click on the “Truck Zone” tab and select “Import from Samsara”.

Step 3: 

Log in with your Samsara credentials to access your account.

Step 4:

Choose the trucks that you want to import into TruckLogics and click “Import”. If any of the listed trucks already exist in TruckLogics, match them using the unit number to avoid duplication. Learn how to map trucks from Samsara

Step 5: 

To import your selected trucks from Samsara to TruckLogics, simply click "proceed" to confirm the import. This action will automatically transfer the truck's unit number and jurisdiction details to TruckLogics.

Step 6: 

Now the imported trucks will be displayed in your TruckLogics account.
